Submerged Discharge Valve
Our submerged discharge valves are typically used in dams and reservoirs, where they are engineered to significantly increase the drawdown capacity of the system in emergency situations. They have a high flow discharge coefficient and CFDA contoured exit cone with optimum flow characteristics. Because discharge occurs under water and into a stilling well, this valve lowers noise and takes up minimal space. As part of the service our technical team can design the optimum stilling well whilst our service team will assist with installation. Our submerged discharge valve is a low maintenance and long life valve due to its unique engineered geometry and construction.
